Power Hour Fitness is an online fitness service aiming to help individuals build strength, feel fit and age well. Meet with Jane Power-Grimm, certified Fitness Instructor Specialist, and a friendly group of individuals via zoom for supportive, individualized small group fitness classes.
Monday classes are 9:15-10:15 am and focus on building upper body strength and endurance.
Tuesday classes are 9:00-10:00 am and are lower body focused.
Thursday classes are from 9:00-10:00 am and provide a total body workout.
Cardio and core conditioning as well as flexibility work are also incorporated for well-rounded fitness gains.
Jane is available after class for consultations so you can work safely and efficiently toward your personal goals. Recorded versions of the workouts are made available so workouts can be done at an alternate time convenient to you should you have to miss a class.
Jane has over 30 years experience leading fun and research-backed group fitness classes. Her passion is to make fitness accessible regardless of one’s age, fitness level, busy schedule or proximity to a fitness facility. Join Jane and get results!
